As known to most of us, the fashion business is not the fairest. Consuming cheap and a lot of fashion articles have consequences as we have seen during the accident of the Rana Plaza in Bangladesh, where a clothes factory collapsed and buried over a thousand of workers underneath it in 2007.
This date was the moment during which the fashion movement was born.
Stylianee Parascha and Francesca Pham are the guests of Lara Bousch to talk about the "Fashion Revolution" movement in general but also in Luxembourg. Francesca Pham:
"I think this is a great opportunity for anyone who loves fashion, contrary to what people might think because this is where you can get your creative juices flowing. It's easy to say I will actually buy what is in trend right now. You will find ways to be original in the sense of finding what fits for your own body shape, for what fits your skin tone and what actually is something you constantly wear over and over again, because it is something you love and you like and that's how you learn more also about yourself. This is my personal journey at the moment: finding what I really like and what suits me and not see what other people that don't have my body shape actually wear and fits for them."
And they also gave us this generous list of more responsible shopping opportunities.
